Corsair GS600: Am i pushing it too far?

PSU is currently running the following:

3 3.5" HDD's
i5 3450 (stock)
2 4gb ram modules
1 r9 280x.

any thoughts? am i already near the limit of this psu?

Not at all. You're not even pulling 400W from it at full load.

It will Run just fine with room to OC Ur card how ever i wont Crossfire on that TBH

the thing i'm worried about is the PSU wasn't this hot before. last week when i still have my gtx650ti it wasn't this HOT. any thoughts? or is this normal?

Btw if u have the new R9 280X the one with the Tahiti TXT chip instead of the TX it will consume a lil bit less wattage

also ur not really on the edge of that PSU im running a 7950 Vapor-X + Asus R9 280 Xfire on a 750W PSU with a Overclocked 3570K @ 4.4GHZ

Another HDD will not matter you will still be fine.
