[Urgenent] Can't remove 24pin cable from MOBO?

I guess the title says it all.. How do you remove it safely?

There is a locking clip in the middle that must be released as you try to remove the cable.

Another thing, my new PSU has 24pin cable too, and I see grey metal things inside each hole, but one of them doesnt have it. Is it normal?

I would start with the PSU in place. I guessing you're replacing a PSU? You didn't give much details.
