motherboard and graphics card conflict

Sir,
Anybody using premiere pro cs6 with gigabyte h77 d3h motherboard with nvidia gtx750ti graphics card?
I read somewhere there is conflict in above two hardwares.
I have the above motherboard with Intel i5 3570 processor+ 8gb ram+450w psu.can I safely buy zotac gtx 750ti 2gb ddr5 graphics card for premiere pro cs6 editing and rendering.?

I would try flashing your Motherboard with the latest firmware from Gigabyte's site. If that does not work see if there is a firmware update fir your graphics card and if that does not work you might want to consider getting a different motherboard.
