RAM Slots Problem

Hi I read many reviews and found toms-hardware solve 1000% problem over 500,000 of users so plz plz plz solve my problem also actually i bought maximums vi formula mobo & 8x2=16

gb g-skills 2133 mhz OC RAM with intel 4th gen i7-4770k cpu with CPU Air Cooler Cooler Master V8GTS with Seagate HDD old model 1.5 tb . I installed every component and my pc was working

absolutely fine i updated bios version 1505 by bios flashback again its working absolutely fine. But since i changed my CPU cooler into Cooler Master Liquid Sedion 240M. Since i started it was not booting nothing coming over screen but i change my ram into other slot its start up in windows working fine. finally the problem is my 2 slot [A1,B1] Red & black 1st two are not working my pc if ram is installed with

if change boths ram 8x2 in other two slots it works fine. plz help me whats a problem. one thing more my cpy pump was not positioned well screws latches were not in mid position of 1150 LGA socket as its for intel 1150 over cpu socket . but it was working fine but again i un mount CPU cooler and positioned properly but still slots are not working

Shows A1 and B1

A1 / B1 are red lots ...... A2 / B2 are black slots

That's why the color code them :)

You want both RAM modules on same [EDIT color (not channel)]. Your MoBo manual will indicate a preference for either A1, B1 or A2, B2 which will be the SAME color.

Going left to right the order is generally A1, A2, B1, B2

Bold goes together (1st and 3rd) or (2nd and 4th)

Are you saying neither of the 2 slots closest to the CPU are working? If so, may want to loosen the cooler then snug it back down, not overly tight. If a corner or side of the cooler is overly tight it can throw the CPU out of level so it doesn't have full contact w/ the pins, this often can affect the MC (memory controller) so it can 'lose' a channel
