Hello guys, this is my first post here and I've been lurking for some time ! I'm 17 and have been gaming on consoles all my life and I wanna get a gaming PC.
I'm a noob when it comes to tech stuff , but I'm willing to learn .
I want to run games on max settings at high fps on a 1080p TV.
I'm from Brazil so the prices are different .

Good to know you want to get into it. When you see how a maxed out game looks on a pc you would not want to go back to a console, lol....... If you are building a pc from scratch, well you first need a budget. Are you willing to put out a lot of money or are you limited financially? I recently built a system and i was on a budget, but at the end i can run most games at the highest settings on a 1080p tv.

CPU: AMD FX 6300
Mobo: Decent motherboard with a 970 or 990FX chipset
ram: 2x4GB of preferably 1600Mhz and above.
HDD: 1TB SATA hard drive
Case: Any mid tower case would work. Check to see if it has slots in the case for cable management.
PSU: 550W unit from tiers one through three from this list (click me)
Graphics card: AMD R9 270 or Nvidia GTX 660, whichever one is cheaper.
OS: Windows 8.1 or 7.

Since you said prices were a good deal different there, I decided to stay under $1k USD for this. This system would be just a bit less performance than mine, due to my overclock.
