PC Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7 2700K (no overclock)
MB: Sabertooth Z77
RAM: 16 GB Corsair Vengeance (1600mhz)
Sound: Creative Soundblaster X-fi Fatality
Monitor: My 46" Samsung TV 1080p
The new parts I bought was EVGA Supernova G2 1000w replacing my Thermaltake smart M 850w.
R9 295x2 replacing my crossfired 6950's. and I bought the Corsair H100i for my CPU.

I installed all the parts and it would start booting and I got the single beep. After the MB splash screen my tv was losing signal and never gaining it back. the 295x2 doesn't have hdmi ports but it has a mini display to hdmi adapter I was using that but I swapped for the DVI to hdmi and I was able to boot up normally once. it takes awhile to get to the beep too. The MB has sensors to check all the parts inside and it does this a few times before beeping.

I can boot into safe mode and safe mode with networking fine but cant boot up normally. I unplugged everything that was unnecessary. Sound card, cam, headset, a fan, my backup hard drive. After I did this the windows repair prompt came up I did that and I finally got a normal boot all the colors were wonky purple pinkish I downloaded the new drivers and was able to fix the color inside catalyst control after a clean restart.

This was all early morning working on it yesterday. Today I got a a long beep and three short beeps which is the graphics card. But It didn't happen again so far.

It sounds and looks like a power issue or the graphics card itself is bad to me. Hopefully not its 1000 dollars and I want to rip through games with it. There is an article that a 1000w is running two 295x2 I don't believe all my other parts consume up to a second 295x2 and if it did it obviously should run anyway.

I need some help solving this not sure on what to do. Thanks!

**UPDATE**

I forgot to mention I updated the bios before I got a clean boot. Also, I just swapped my 295x2 with one of my previous 6950's and It went through a tiny loop of powering on and off until it booted up cleanly I shut down and tried it again and booted fine.

So does this mean I have to RMA my 295x2? Could there be another issue as well? Insight would be much appreciated!

I knew I forgot more.... windows 7 64 bit is installed on my 120gb ssd and I have 3tb hard drive. It was already installed before I put the new parts in.

It bothers me that it seems to boot up in safe mode fine, but not normally. This seems to indicate maybe a driver issue. Maybe remove the video drivers completely(in safe mode), add use driver sweeper to make sure they're completely gone, and then boot normally and re-install the drivers.

I already tried the original gpu before all of this and it does work.
I was browsing through the bios and I noticed my ssd wasn't being recognized in the boot list. I restarted it and clicked all the f keys (I don't know which one the boot function is lol). I got the boot thing and my ssd was listed there so I clicked it.. It took awhile but it booted normally I downloaded driver display it said it was renamed from driver sweeper. I ran it in safe mode and it booted normally again.
Im downloading the drivers again.

Also the ram speed times in the bios are listed different instead of 1333 or 1600 being listed it was like 1360 and 1649. whats that about?

i restarted and i got the long beep and three short beeps now i guess its an rma then. i looked at gpu z it says its a generic vga adapter and no info about it. also i did the windows assessment and both graphics categories were rated a 1.
