Much better than A4, not much on high-ultra, but low-medium will get you playable 30-40 FPS. Not recommended for a gamer though. Get a Pentium+ something like 260X or 750 Ti, it'll be a lot costlier, but definately better, good for high settings gaming
Not much, maybe ~30 FPS on lowest settings, unplayable on low-Medium, on any latest title, like BF4/ FC3/ COD ghosts/ WD/ Tomb Raider/ Bioshock on FHD, 720p wouldn't be much better either. Raise the funds, A4 isn't of any standard today.

A lot better, you should be able to game at 1080P at low to mediumish settings with a good experience on nearly all games. Your fps will also increase a ton if you put high speed RAM in your build.
