So if anyone here could look over the specs of the one I'm interesting (Syber Vapor-A) in buying and tell me if it's worth the money for what I get will be my hero!

For that price, definately an interesting spec, not the best value/money considering custom building one will be cheaper, but since its pre-built, I can say it indeed has a good price/ performance ratio and good for high-ultra gaming with more than playable FPS (40+ FPS on high), you'll however need to increase memory to be able to get the most in gaming :)

Thanks for the quick reply! So you're saying it is worth the $599 price tag? And how much memory would I need to ensure the best gaming experience?

Definately worth a buy, it'll surely not max out any game with insane FPS, but will be decent enough for high-ultra gaming.

Upgrading to 8GB will be enough, 4GB module costs $45 and will be a great additon. Just make sure to get an identical memory if its generic, or atleast same speed and timings.

Also, getting a brand new 2X4GB will be costlier but will eliminate any memory-mismatch issue :)

PS: Are you interested in building a computer?

8gigs, got it. Thanks. Nah, I never really been too interested in custom built PCs cause I don't know a darn thing about them. Believe it or not, it took me quick some time just to figure out how to post pictures for my original question. Yeah, pre-built was meant for guys like me!
