Sound Card doesn't work after Installing Sound Card

I have problem regarding my Creative Sound Card. Actually My Motherboard sound goes out of order due to some reason. So that I purchase sound card for it's replacement and it will do it's job so perfectly. Now after I install nVidia Graphic Card my Sound Doesn't work perfectly. It doesn't show on Sound Device that's why no Sound coming from my Computer.
So what will I do for it. I use windows update and update graphic card drivers and also sound drivers.

There are multiple ways to go about sharing screenshots. The way I use to share screenshots is with puush. It's a free image hosting service that I use.

Also please do not select a solution/best answer until your problem is solved. This is so other people who are having the same issue as you can easily find the solution.

due to my motherboard sound card fail it always show speakers as unplug.
But if I install sound card and also install sound card drivers (without graphic card) then it will show my creative sound card instead of normal speakers..........
