Yes the motherboard will be OK with that card. Because you have a low quality psu the gtx 750ti is probably the best card you can get.

You need to make sure that your psu can deliver 20 amps on the 12v rail

EDIT
It is very hard to find out the specifications of that psu but the one site I could find said that psu can only deliver 14 amps on the 12v rail. This is because it is a very old fashioned design with 30 amps on the 3.3v rail. If you want an upgrade you'll need a new PSU unless you settle for an a10 apu instead but the performance won't be anything like a 750ti

I'd suggest something like this http://www.flipkart.com/antec-vp450p-450-watts-psu/p/itmda3ncpuga3hpu?pid=PSUDA3NCT4Z4SKKR&otracker=browse_16&pageNum=1 and make up the difference in cost by dropping to a gtx 750 or 650 instead

The one you just linked to is better I think (this one http://www.newegg.com/global/in/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113328) because it actually comes with the heatsink. I suspect the other one doesn't.

However, if I look on the CPU compatibility list, only the 8000rs one (this one http://www.shopmania.in/cpu-s/p-amd-athlon-x4-750k-ad750kwoa44hj-24121603) is listed as compatible with your motherboard.

However, as far as I can tell, they are practically the same, both Trinity parts, same clockspeed etc.

You can check out the CPU compatibility list yourself here http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=619#cpu

Make sure your BIOS is up to date before removing your old CPU

Get the fx6300 but get a cooler like this http://www.flipkart.com/cooler-master-hyper-tx3-evo/p/itmd5xzprhxvefrj?pid=COLD5XZPV75JZAEZ&srno=b_38&ref=902f4ae8-2fed-449b-bd84-5aadeab4c008 if you are not planning to overclock it much or this one http://www.flipkart.com/cooler-master-hyper-212x/p/itmdhtmxs5re9nxg?pid=COLDHTMWBZ75G7NF&srno=b_41&ref=902f4ae8-2fed-449b-bd84-5aadeab4c008 if you are going to overclock.

The overheating issues of the FX6300 are because it comes with a low quality cooler, it's simply a matter of buying a better cooler.

Try and get a 970 chipset motherboard like this one http://www.flipkart.com/asus-m5a97-le-r2-0-motherboard/p/itmdkzrdgyysrfeh?pid=MBDDKZRDGYYSRFEH&srno=b_3&ref=9a726e8b-10c8-4562-9ca9-311051a2cd7a as it is better suited to the FX6300 than some of the older chipsets.

If you're buying a new motherboard though, you might be able to afford an Intel i5 setup instead. This will run better than the FX6300, especially at stock speeds and will be cooler and quieter.

For example this http://www.flipkart.com/intel-3-1-ghz-lga-1150-i5-4440-4th-generation-processor/p/itmdpgyx9fn9cgan?pid=PSRDPGYVRPJAYYFH&srno=b_3&ref=ed63093d-eb99-4c9c-8e5a-a59f95cb34f7 with this http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-ga-h81m-s1-motherboard/p/itmdpyhgftcpughs?pid=MBDDPYHGFTCPUGHS&srno=b_2&ref=31183219-9d9b-4661-ba23-f4b1837df672
