Asrock Z97 extreme4 or Z87 Fatal1ty killer ?

Hi again.
Which one of these is better.
A friend of mine is about to upgrade his PC.

As i see, the e3 supports only 2 SLI cards and the killer supports 4.
Well, the slot specs in asrock's site are the same...
He will overclock.

z97 board is better, it'll support haswell refresh out the box and also support future chipsets

And a final question. The z97 has Intel® I218V LAN and the Z87- Qualcomm® Atheros® Killer™ E2200 Series.
Which one is better and is there going to be a big impact ?
The z97 is overclocker's mobo, and the z87 is gaming as i see.
Also, can he use F-stream on the z97 ?

the z97 is still better, and the ethernet thing is just marketing, won't do much
