I've bought a graphic card 2 weeks ago and installed it but i got no response of the graphic card. the screen just stayed black and it said 'no signal'. I sended it back to get another one and i recieved it today but this card does the same. I don't believe that the graphic card is faulty so i really hope someone can help me with this problem.

My Rig:

OS: Windows 7 Home premium
Motherboard: AMD 980G
Ram: 8GB
Processor: AMD FX 8120 Eight core processor
PSU: Cooler Master GM 750W
HDD: 2TB

The card is supposed require 750W so that is what i bought.

Please help.

I have to suspect something with power. You do have the correct power cords for the graphics correct? Do you still have the old card and does it still work?

It requires an 8 and 6 pin and i have those both plugged in. also i got my old graphic card plugged in right now and that still works.

Well your psu has pretty good reviews so I am sorry I have no more suggestions. Maybe someone else will chime in. Good luck!

Did you try installing the new card's drivers before you physically install it. Give that a shot.

Tried to do that the first time but i got a blue screen when the installation was almost complete.
I also removed the drivers of my old graphic card.

Not sure then. I'd contact MSI customer support on the phone and see if they can help you.
