Hey everyone, I'm am fairly new to the forums and I am thinking of building my first ever PC, and I am kinda stumped with some things!

I am looking to build a computer mostly used for 3D rendering, animation, and gaming.
First and foremost, I want it to not overheat, I don't care about noise. I live in Saudi Arabia, the average temperature in summer here is about 50 - 55 degrees Celsius, though my room has an AC in it, so it is much cooler inside. Maybe 20 or so.
I need some help to make sure I am not missing anything, and if the fans will satisfy, here is my concept till now.

Case: CM Storm Stryker
PSU: CM 80 PLUS Gold 750W
CPU: Intel i5-4690K 4 Core @ 3.5 GHz LGA
CPU Cooler: CM Hyper 212 EVO 120mm
Motherboard: MSI ATX DDR3 2000 LGA 1150 G87-Z43 Gaming
GPU: MSI NVidia GeForce GTX 770 4GB
RAM: Corsair Vengence Red 8GB DDR3 1866 MHz

HDD: WD Blue 1TB 3.5" 7,200 RPM SATA 6 GB/s 64 MB Cache
SDD: Samsung 250 GB 2.5" SATA III

So those are the specs that I am thinking about, is there anything missing? Is there even the slightest chance of it overheating if I don't overclock? And are all the components good?

Thanks for your time!

I was kinda thinking of doing that, but then someone told me it won't make that much of a difference. The extra $50 won't hurt if it will.

Also, so there is no problem with cooling?

Okay, that is cool, so if I ever need more cooling, installing one should be fairly easy right?
