Is a EVGA 430W Power Supply a good purchase? It is more than enough for the components I am using but is it reliable and of good quality?

just got this brand new for $15, couldn't resist. I'm going to use it as a backup. Anybody know how to open this thing up? I took the screws out both sides (4 screws) and the 4 fans screws and it won't budge. I don't want to tear it up trying to get it open. there has to be a trick like pushing in a tab or something. The Corsair 430w was easy to open. Once I get it open I'll post the quality of the components.

finally got it open. it was stuck because the black paint was oversprayed. the capacitor quality is not good. the primary cap is a Capxon LP series and the rest of the caps are those green Teapos. rest of the components look good. It's similar to the Corsair 430w
