Can't extend volume in disk management..

Hi all, my English isn't so good, so i'm sorry.
one of my disk split to 2 volume, when I try to extend the volumes in disk management, I had error "there is not enough space available on the disk(s) to complete this operation".
What can I do?

Use the free program EaseUS Partition Manager. You will need to format the partition/volume you want to add to the one you use, then you will be able to expand the partition you use into that space.

I already tried that, and the program didn't let my to merge between the format and unallocated volume and between the another volume.

How much room is there on the 2nd partition?

460 GB - is the unallocated
206 GB - call recovery
32 GB - for healthy (hibernation partition)
