My bank software runs on private network .. when i insert usb modem for using internet i can't use my bank software because my pc use internet to eccess bank software when i connect to internet ..Now I want to use My office Network & an usb modem based internet at the same time without any hassle. We use Internet Explorer to access bank software. . I wanna use firefox and gotx stock trading client with usb modem ...need urgent solution ... my pc runs on windows xp

Windows can only use a single IP address at a time, under normal use.
As a banker, you are also taking a great amount of risks using a XP based system (no longer supported by MS) and accessing the Internet on the same system you use to access your banking system's network. This is a great (not in a good sense) way to introduce malicious code into your work environment.
I suggest you get a second system and use it for your non-work, Internet access needs.

If your internal network is simple then all you need to do is remove the default gateway from the network connection going to your local network.
If it more complex you are going to have to use the ROUTE command to add the networks you need to go to your local network and leave everything else go to the internet
