Is this build decent? good or bad? please be honest.
I plan on using this build for CS:GO and League of legends, and in the future
some intensive games like CoD or Battlefield. But for real now it's mainly CS:GO and LoL.
Can this build achieve more than 200Fps in csgo?

I think you will not be wanna to change the pc after 1 year , Right ?
so It's not to much because I'm looking for the future that it can handle any game without framedrop so that I chose the GTX 770 it's powerful card with good price / performance and it frame rate is fine for next 3 years (Ultra GFX) ....
so if I were you I would chose it !
and about COD it stress the GPU hardly so it basicly can handle that .. :D
any thing you wanna ask .... send PM

If you're looking to save some money, a R9 280x will give you about the same performance as a GTX 770, but it's much cheaper:
