Windows don't recognize 2nd drive

I have an external hdd that I put into my computer as a internal after removing its case.
Now Windows don't recognize it, neither Linux.

Any solutions?

HDD: Seagate Expansion Desktop 3TB

It seems that the hard drive you've removed from the external enclosure uses a manufacturer's proprietary format that it can only be accessible and readable when attached to its original external USB bridge board. Perhaps if you had only mentioned the model of the external drive you've had someone here might be able to provide you a decent help.

If you have important files that you want to access from that drive I suggest that you should attach the drive back to its original External USB enclosure. Otherwise, if u just want to use this drive as a secondary storage for your PC and want to connect it internally you should configure this drive in GPT format.
