Which cpu coolers from these lists offers best cooling ?

I was going for the noctua but it seems out of stock. As for the corsair h100i , i got a 200mm fan at the top of my cause , so do you think its a good idea to remove it and hook the corsair cooler ?

Yes it fits in the top. My case is coolermaster storm stryker. But in order to hook the corsair h100i , i will first need to remove my 200mm top exhaust fan once and forever,right ?

I will prolly go with either one of them as i wont be removing the top 200mm fan for sure as i really like it.
What if they are both out of stock ?
