I recently bought parts and am doing my first pc build.. My cpu does not have integrated graphics but I do not have the drivers installed for my dedicated graphics card. I have the driver install disc. I start the computer up and I get a black screen with a small 99 in the bottom right corner. I also have to install all my other discs for my mobo, windows, and my internet adapter.

you should be able to get the drivers for the gpu from the maker's website.

The correct order is
windows , then the mb driver disk and then the graphics driver
You have a problem with your POST , and the mb is not starting correctly or it would go directly to the BIOS
