Newly built PC doesn't restart, but shuts down and boots up fine.

Hi, just built my new PC all working fine lovely lovely. However when i restart, it doesn't fully shut down (monitor goes to sleep but computer lights/fans etc still on) and i have to manually turn it off. Shut down and booting up works fine though. Any help would be great cheers!

It's generally an issue with ACPI. What version of windows are you running?

Windows 7 enterprise x64 for now, just waiting on my windows copy to come through the post.
