I noticed that my cpu was a little hotter today (65 degrees) and the weather outside was hot, so my room felt like an oven. But last night, it was only 50 degrees ... should I get the evo 212 ? Even though I'm never going to oc, slic, or crossfire? I also have a phantom 410 case

If you were gaming 65 is fine otherwise get the evo 212.

Without an overclock, the stock fan should be fine. If you're running hot it probably means the heatsink is not properly seated, or the thermal paste has an issue.
