Intel SRT SSD caching question

Hello, I'm putting together a new system right now and have become interested in SSD caching but have a question as my system might be slightly irregular. Originally my plan was to use my Intel M.2 hard drive as my boot drive. M.2 is much faster than sata, lower profile, and only slightly more expensive. I also have a WD black as a storage drive. I realized I have a Samsung SSD laying around my home not getting used. I'm interested in using Intel SRT for caching, but I need it to be partial. Since the M.2 is much faster than the sata SSD, obviously I wouldn't want to set up a caching system with those two drives. I would like to set up a caching system with the Samsung SSD and the WD black. Is this possible? I've only seen SRT used when the system has 1 SSD and 1 HDD. Will SRT already configure this? or is there a way to manually set it up? Or if you have some suggestions besides Intel's SRT I'm open to ideas. Thanks for the help!

Solution
Here is a pic from the IRST instructions. It shows that you have the option of choosing the drive to do the caching and the drive to be cached.

I've tried looking on guides on how to set it up, but everyone only has two drives. I guess the worst thing that could happen is I plug in the SSD, and find that SRT won't let me select the drives, and then I turn SRT off. Thanks for the answer though, that gives me some reassurance. I'll be putting it together in a couple of days. If no one who knows for sure chimes in, with a I'll let us know if it works.
