I recently bought an Acer C720 with 2GB of SDRAM. I noticed it has two open BGA slots, and two full with the 1GB modules. I'm not very comfortable removing BGA modules and affixing new ones, but I am comfortable enough to add two new modules. If I were to add two 2GB modules to the open slots, would I have 6GB of usable memory or just 4GB?

While I'm at it, does anyone know of a good place to buy BGA memory? Haven't had much success yet.

The Bodhi Linux only does support 2GB RAM. You can't have 4GB :( . Be sure to select best answer.
