i take it you mean trackball. most of those are for ergonomic use and are not specifically for gaming. just pick one that you like and use it.

the logitech tracballs seem to be the most popular.

if you meant a mouse which has a ball on the bottom and rolls on it like the mice 15 years ago.. then you dont want those.

one of these http://pad2.whstatic.com/images/thumb/0/0b/Clean-a-Mous... ?

if so... you dont want one of those. they get clogged up with gunk and arent going to be as accurate as optical.

if you are hard set on getting one though your options are quite limited. just pick one with the number of buttons you like and roll with it. you arent going to find anything specifically for gaming.

if you meant one of these http://www.butyoudontlooksick.com/wpress/wp-content/upl...

then you have more options. none are going to be specifically for gaming but you may find one with quite a few buttons which could be useful for gaming.

I honestly think the upgrade to optical/ laser mice and obsolesce of mechanical mouse is a downgrade, as I feel it performs worse than the ball mouse in whatever type of games, the mouse doesn't have the inertia from stopping, doesn't feel natural. I used mechanical ball mouses since long time ago when PCs were invented and still use one now. I know it's better as I've been the top kill player in whatever Counter Strike games I played since beta and even now. Clogging, unable to move in slippery, watery surface, wasn't an issue.
