I'd want a 600 with at least 42 Amps on the 12 volt rail for your combo your combo,

Since you won't be overclocking it should be fine.

It's not Haswell compatible and 520w is a little light.

It would likely work but I wouldn't personally risk it, especially if that's an older unit. If you are buying it new, I would get a good quality 650w. Alot of people argue that 550 is enough for the GTX 770, but I like to keep my parts for a long time, and PSUs are proven to degrade over a long time (though good ones like Seasonic this degrading is minimal). Also if you are running a PSU at high or maximum capacity it will run hotter and be less efficient.

Do yourself a favor and buy a good PSU to complement the rest of your expensive parts so you don't need to worry about it.

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 770 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 770 2-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 750 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
GeForce GTX 770 3-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 1000 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

If you are going to overclock your GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.

I never buy less than a 620 / 650 ... the difference in cost between quality PSUs between 550 and 650 averages around $5. The S12 is a good model but the M12 is a nice step up.

S12 520 is $60 ..... $5 more gets ya the S12 620 .... I'd do the 620 .... which will allow ya to OC the card easily

BTW, I'd avoid the WD Blue .... performance wise it sits in 63rd place (out of 65) on THGs performance charts

The Seagate at the same price sits in 8th place

Not Haswell certified either.

Haswell certification is like RAM QVLs, you are guaranteed it works .... that does by no implication mean that if it's not on the list, it won't work

Haswell has a deep sleep state so if a PSU fails to come back from a sleep state, it will reboot instead of waking up. If ya don't use sleep function, no issue. If ya do use sleep, it's possible that it might not wake up .... but as yet, I have not seen it happen.

My system(in my sig) with sli disabled only uses 400w total under full load(atleast that's what corsair link is reporting). I would say the ops system would only be around 350w. However if you haven't bought it yet there is no harm in getting bigger one for future upgrades.
