I just need to know because I may have to get a new CPU. but keep in mind that CPU IS almost 4 years old.

system specs :

Intel Core i5 2320 @ 3.3GHz

8GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM

Ultra 550W PSU

custom GTX 760X overclocked 220.4GB

ASRock H61M-VG3

Dual 1TB Seagate drives ( not raid )

the game that is most hungry for all my stuff is Watch Dogs. I am using close to my full 2048MB RAM and 6GB of my 8GB RAM and all 4 cores are close to 100% and what I mean by using close to all 2GB is not even at 1920x1080 it is at 1440x900. And I get FPS stuttering, especially in the city but what should I upgrade

Can't say that i5 2320 is the bottleneck there. I guess you have 2GB memory for your gtx 760. What is the texture level(level of detail) you are using?

Even I play this with a i5 3470 and a R9 270 2GB. I can't increase the texture level to the highest and FPS stuttering occurs. But when I lower it 1 it plays smooth. (just in front of that setting it says how much memory you want and for the highest it asks 3GB so can't touch it)

Please see if this works.
