Hi I was wondering what is the best PC build for the budget I'm on. This is my first time building a PC because it's a struggle cause I don't know what to do... I don't know a lot about technology so I really am relying on the builds you guys put as an answer. I will not exceed anymore then $475
And if possible can you use this case http://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-case-vn40006w2... or this one http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cougar-case-spike which ever one is easier to build with. Thanks if you helped out!

Between the options people have given so far I would go with this one. It is similar to what I would build for that budget. The CPU and motherboard is LGA 1150 socket, which is far from a dead socket...which means you have plenty of upgrade options down the road...such as a quad core i5 whenever you want. It also has a dedicate GPU, which is good for pushing the graphics that some GPU focused games are going to need. The RAM allows for you to easily add another 4 GB module whenever you can.
i7Baby's build is not horrible, but I would not really go with an FM2+ socket at this time...and it does not have a dedicated GPU. The RAM chosen as 2 2GB modules is not ideal because upgrading would be a pain in the butt. And the power supply is so weak that when you decide to add a dedicate GPU, you would probably end up replacing the PSU also. The storage is pretty lacking also...especially for that price. Why pay $50 for 250 GB when you can get the 1 TB HDD for a few dollars more?

If you want to keep it lower I understand the build above is not really in the same league as this but it would keep you totaly under budget taxes and shipping and such and its no slouch either.
