Case: Apevia x-qpack2
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M
Processor: AMD FX-6300 6-Core 3.5Ghz
Video Card: GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
Ram: G.Skill Ares Series 8Gb DDR3
Hard Drive: 1TB
Windows 7
That is my pc build. it was kind of a budget build but with at least everything i needed. now the problem is when i stream it hogs all my cpu and i cant do much else. so i thought well maybe i should look into getting a better intel cpu. so i looked around and had another thought. my cpu has 6 cores, 8mb L3 cache and runs at 3.5 ghz. which people say should be able to stream and do other stuff fine. if you look at the intel cpus they have the same specs as that but much more money? so is something slowing my computer down? should i invest in some new parts? also im not streaming pc games. im streaming console with a cap card so there is not games on the pc using cpu. any suggestions would be great?

Intel's are quicker, but you should still be streaming fine. While doing other stuff.

What do you use for streaming? I prefer OBS. Has worked very well for me.

yes I use obs. and when I do anything other then streaming like if I go to another stream or there is a graphic heavy cut scene in a game I start to drop frames. my cpu already runs at like 85%- 90% just streaming
