Hey everyone
I have this problem with my laptop. what happens is that if i want to put quotation marks, or brackets they won't appear at first. I have to hit the key twice and it makes two more marks than what I wanted. While normally a not a problem, it's incredibly annoying when I'm working with coding. whats wrong with my keys and how do i fix it?

In windows, in settings you have advanced options to do with your keyboard.
And keyboard presses. If pressing a key and a symbol is delayed, it is to do with the keyboard settings within windows.

In properties you have two settings, on sliders. Repeat delay.
And repeat rate.
Change the sliders as required.

Wait for the real answer to be posted and select that one, then mine will be unselected

Have you tried with a live OS to ensure the faulty is not your hardware but windows?
