No, it's not possible. That PSU is poor quality, and even a high quality 450W unit wouldn't be enough.
I've crossfired 7850's with an i3 on a corsair cx 430 No problem. 7850 draws a bit mroe power than 7790's, you are correct in saying that psu is crap though,
