I had an old Acer with an Asus mobo in it. I decided to upgrade to a MSI R9 270X video card. The card froze a lot, so I decided to get a full tower and move everything out of the mid tower. I was careful putting the machine back together in the new case, but when I hit the power switch absolutely nothing happens.
I had bought a new PSU:
EVGA SUPERNOVA NEX750B 80 PLUS BRONZE 750W POWER SUPPLY (120-PB-0750-KR)
I double checked all the cables. There are no extra stands touching the motherboard. It seems to be sitting clear of anything. I did apply some Artic MX4 Thermal Paste to the CPU, but cleaned everything thouroughlt with 70% isopropyl alcohol first.
The only thing I can think off is that the mobo decided to die died or I killed it somehow
