To be honnest no, the 750 isn't going to get you high settings for that long. 750 ti is only a bit more, look at that. maybe look at just 8 GB or ram or 4 even if you can use that extra money to get an i3 at least

you can play latest games at medium settings or some games in high depending on the game so after 2 -3 years you have to play at low settings to get good fps .

Here's what I would do the change the build to an improved one:

Don't get 12GB, just stay with 8GB for now.
Spend that money and get a R9 270 instead which is very much better.

So from your opinion, should i stay with core i3 and upgrade GPU first, or upgrade processor first? is R9 270 compatible with my mobo?

It is indeed compatible with the motherboard but again get the 2x2Gb ram for stability sake.

Stick to i3 upgrade the GPU along with a decent 500 watt PSU.

Is this something that you have already built or something that you are planning on building? If you already built it then I would just keep what you have and upgrade the GPU when you notice it slowing down. If it is something you plan on building then do what ppl said above.

I already have this PC. Just asking if my PC can't handle latest game and survive for long time, I want to upgrade it. But now i think i get clear picture what to upgrade when the time come. Thanks everybody for helping me! :)
