Which one is the best cooler performance for a 1.280v i5 4670k @ 4.4ghz ?

I want best possible temps even under load and idle.

I do not wish to remove my top 200mm fan to replace it with the h100i's 2 fans.

I live in malta so stock is very limited.

neither of them have leds.

If you really want to have led fans, you can get two spectre pro led fans for about 30 dollars total.(or you can get 4 fans and go push-pull) that should fit into your budget.

Get the best you can afford. The BeQuiet! coolers are extremely good and are close to the performance of an h100i. Get the h100i if possible, but if you don't want to remove that top fan, go for Dark Rock Pro 3.

My budget is about 125-130 euros. Are both of the h100i fans with led ? Because i like my current 200mm chrome led fan.
