Heres a link in Russian. I am bit Russian and can't understand. But if I am not mistaken he got a 40-60FPS (not too sure what settings though). I would recommend using Google Translate.

If you want to play Watch Dogs, Buy a gaming laptop. Do not get a laptop with built-in graphics. My laptop's first gen i5 with built in graphics runs halo 2(a game from 2004) at the lowest possible settings at about 30 fps average. Watch Dogs will eat up that apu.

I am not using built in graphics. i have a good graphics card and the RAM is good enough. I am just wondering if the CPU is.
