Well this is just my guess but it could be the CPU which is causing it and plus 50-70 fps on Ultra 1080p isn't bad.

Well B4 is cpu intensive as well and overclocking will certainly help.

Your Scythe Mugen is a pretty decent cooler so your on the right track.

Just look up bios settings for 4.2 and try them. Google overclock settings for your cpu and motherboard and try copy.

Test your system with Prime95 (overnight) and Intel burn test (Furmark) for a good 10 tests to make sure your system is stable.

Furmark will heat things up pretty quick so keep an eye on your cpu temperature utility.

The I5 3570K is an easy overclocker and shouldn't be too hard.

It will also depend on hz frequency your monitor is running at and if you have Vsync on. Vsync will limit fps to match monitor but if you have a 120hz monitor try setting the power option in Nvidia Control Panel to prefer maximum performance.

Ask the guy on youtube what settings he's using in Nvidia Control panel and Nvidia Experience. I doubt his only settings is an overclock and settings in Battlefield4, hes probably doing other things in Nvidia.

Have a look here http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1826061/benchmark-sy...

Some useful benchmarks to compare yours to others with similar specs, least then you'll understand more about your system's performance and determine if its just Battlefield4 and settings.
