What is better, GTX 650 TI Boost (1GB) or a AMD Radeon 7850 (1GB)?

Im going to be using the AMD Radeon 7850 in Crossfire (2x) so would that be able to run most of the lastest games etc? And also, is the 650ti boost worth swapping for a HD Radeon 7850?

Main specs:
4790k 4.0Ghz
16GB's of RAM
