Hello,

Please don't go for the 560Ti, even for the 448-core variant; go for this instead:

http://www.flipkart.com/msi-nvidia-geforce-gtx-750ti-n7...

Cheaper, more powerful, more memory and much less power consumption (it could work with your actual PSU, if it is a decent one, at least 500W with at least 25 Amps on +12V rail).

EDIT: sorry for not paying attention; your motherboard has an PCI-E 2.0 slot, while the 750Ti is PCI-E 3.0; in theory it should work, but also it can lead to incompatibility. Go for the 560Ti and buy this PSU:

http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12ii-620-watts-psu/p/...

If you really cannot afford it, go for this:

560Ti-448 is a wolf in sheep' clothes: it is actually a downclocked GTX570 with some missing CUDA cores (448 vs 480); the only drawback as opposed to regular 560TI (384 CUDA) is the power consumption, very close to its bigger sibling (560Ti =170W, 560Ti 448 = 210W, 570 = 219 W).

I would definitely go for it, but I also would try to stretch the budget and go with that Seasonic PSU.
