Exactly $250, and it's compared to GTX 770 rather than 760 so it's better.

The MSI 280X is 300 dollars, so I can't really help here. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend wasting performance for looks, the card doesn't look that different either, it's mostly black as far as I can see. Anyhow, the MSI 280 is still better than the 760, it's somewhere between the 760 and the 770.

They're just about the same, but will perform differently depending on the games you'll be playing. So either of them is good.
