Someone help me build a custom pc for 600-700$

Solution
1. Get a seasonic or XFX power supply. They are the best quality units out there and around the same price as the one you have in your list.

2. Get a bigger hard drive! A 500GB drive will fill up faster than you think, especially with the steam sales every winter and summer. Get no less than a 1TB drive. I recommend Western Digital's Caviar Black drives. I have one and love it.

3. You don't need 16GB of ram. 8GB is plenty for gaming. Save the $70 and put it toward a Crucial MX100 256GB SSD ($95) or save it for a rainy day.
Nice build but here's a few things you will need to take into consideration.

The CPU is unlocked and it is most likely you will overclock. This means you will need a CPU cooler, a reasonable priced one for excellent cooling is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.

The PSU is not suitable for overclocking. It is a Tier 3 (fine for light overclocking). I would recommend any PSU from Tier 1-2. Here's the list to assist you out.
