does 4gb ram is enough for next gen game such as GTA V, The Division, FarCry 4, Assassin's Creed Unity, Battlefield Hardline and COD Advance Warfare ?

I doubt it isn't enough cz Watch Dogs needs minimum 6gb of ram.

You'll be able to play those games maybe on medium,no matter how powerful your CPU and GPU are.
8GB is really recommended for playing latest games.
That will probably be bumped up to 16GB in like 4 years.

ok, which one do you think better :
1. AMD FX 6300 GTX650 4GB RAM
2. Core i3 4130 GTX650 8GB RAM

I know AMD FX 6300 is little bit better than i3 4130 for gaming, but what if is it using 4gb of ram ?

You can play at medium setting but that will also depends upon which ram you choose and also if you're using 1 stick or 2 sticks

Better to get the i3 4150 setup so you can upgrade to a stronger CPU in the future.
