Hello! I'm looking for some feedback on a list of components I put together for a new build.

First, I'd like to say that I'm buying the new build from Bulgaria so the budget is just the sum of the components in Bulgarian leva converted to $$$. The prices are quite different between what I've seen on international web sites and on the Bulgarian market. I've chosen all the parts from this site jarcomputers.com Approx 1 lev = $0.66 / €0,51 / £0,40.

All my choices are based on 1-2 weeks of research. I'm far from well-educated in this field and I have never even read about computer components before. That being said, what I'll need the new build for is: Rendering and Drafting (3Ds Max & AutoCad), photo manip & drawing (Photoshop), and gaming on max settings.

The chosen parts:

CPU - Haswell Core i7 4790K (4.0/4.4GHz, 8MB, 350MHz-1.25GHz GPU, LGA1150)
GPU - GF GTX 670, 4GB Gigabyte N670OC-4GD, PCI-E 3.0, DDR5, 256bit, HDMI, 2xDVI, DisplayPort
Motherboard - Asrock Z97 eXtreme4, Z97, LGA1150, DDR3 @ 3200+(OC), PCI-E 3.0 (HDMI,DVI & DisplayPort), SB7.1, Lan1000, 8x SATA 6Gb/s, SATA Express, 4x USB3.0, ATX
Memory - 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Corsair CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10 (I intend on getting one more like this one later because I went out of my budget a bit)
HDD - 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200.12, SATA 6Gb/s, 7200rpm, 64MB
Fan - Noctua NH-D14
PSU - 700W Fortron FSP700-50ARN, Active PFC
Case - Delux MV418
Monitor - 21.5" (54.61cm) ASUS VS229HV, IPS panel, FULL HD LED, 80 000 000:1, 5ms, HDMI & DVI

Thank you in advance!

Than you for answering!

Mobo - That mobo you suggested was on my initial list of motherboards so I'll go for it. Apparently it's pretty much the same price compared to the Asrock one.

Monitor - The monitor is a bit too large for my liking and my desk. 21-22 inches is really as big as I'd go for a monitor.

GPU - The GPU I chose is currently on sale with a reduced price. I was considering the GTX 770 but the only one in my budget is the 2GB. My perfect choice would've been the GTX 780 as you suggested but it's way out of budget, sadly. :/

PSU - both are sadly not available in the shop I'll buy the components from. My initial choice was Seasonic M12II, 750W, ActivePFC, 80+ Bronze, SLi Ready but it's twice the money and I was going out of my budget. But if it's a lot better I'd take it.

Thank you for answering!

Mobo - I'll go for the suggested motherboard.

Memory - I would've gone for the memory you suggested as well as it was among my first choices but it's not available where I'm buying the new build from.

SSD - I'll probably add an SSD storage at a later point in time if it's possible because it's getting out of my budget at the moment. As I mentioned, the prices are quite different between international websites and Bulgarian market.

Video Card - The only GTX 770 4GB available is the Gigabyte one and it's $130 more than the one I've chosen.

Case - I'm not willing to spent a lot of money on a case considering how I had to get cheaper parts to keep in the budget.

PSU - The available one is Thermaltake Smart, 730W, 80+ Bronze, ActivePFC. Is there a huge difference?

Monitor - sadly not available

I wouldn't touch a Thermaltake PSU with a 10 foot pole - they're not known for quality or reliability. If you need a reliable system there's far better supplies you can get like the EVGA G2/P2, and anything made by Seasonic or Super Flower.
