Hello there,
so i just got a 7990 and it seems that when i set it to my native res (2560x1080) the screen goes all pixelated however when its at 1920x1080 its fine?

More about : gpu display fuzzy native res

Your native res should be 2560x1600, or 2560x1440, not 2560x1080. What display do you have?

Ok, I just did some research and came up with this:

"You'll need to use a dual link DVI cable for that resolution, as you are using an AMD graphics card try the other DVI port as on a lot of AMD cards only one of the ports is dual link. Alternatively use the Display Port output."

This was the solution that someone else came up with for your problem. Hope it helps.

You will have to look into a new monitor then if your current monitor does not support display port, and if your video card doesn't have dual link dvi. I'm really surprised that your monitor does not support display port though, and that your video card does not support dual link DVI. Are you sure about the dual link dvi on your video card? I just looked up the 7990 and it should have one dvi port that is a dual link dvi port. You may just need an adapter, which usually can be found in the box that the card came in. What exact model 7990 do you have?

What about a mini display port-dual dvi adapter, or is this the adapter you are tring to use. It should look like this: http://www.amazon.com/VisionTek-Active-DisplayPort-Adap...
