The problem: At "random" times my Samsung laptop crashs at a clear blank screen. This could be while I'm browsing Facebook or trying to repair windows or adjusting BIOS option.

My futile attempts to fix:
- cleaned up the fan and dust in laptop to ensure heating. Laptop fan runs fine.
-GPU temperatures never go over 60 degrees C
-took off my new ssd and installed my old HDD same issue.
-can't even get in windows repair most of the time when I do it fails.
-I have connected an external lcd display. They both go off at the same time.

My laptop was working perfectly fine and today in the middle of a video game it suddenly crashed and I've been having this issue no matter what I do. Even in safe mode it does this.

I would like to note the display does not turn off rather it is a blank black screen.

Seems like an issue inherent with the laptop itself. Have you tried going on Samsung's page for your specific model and finding out if there are any BIOS updates for it that might fix this issue?
