I upgraded my PC a couple of days ago. I put in a Thermaltake 500W OEM PSU, along with a Gainward GTX 750 Ti and a TL-WN881ND pcie network card. Up until before the upgrade i could play online games just fine. After the upgrade though it appears that none of my games can connect to the network (for the record im using steam). It's strange because i can still surf the web and stuff just fine and i even get decent speeds (for my area). The moment I start up an online game and try to join a server i end up with pings in excess of 500. I have no idea what to do, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

it could be that you didnt make an exception for the game in the os firewall.. you can enter the firewall options by going to start >> control panel > windows firewall .. hope i helped you out
