Can I run games on Ultra and on 60 FPS with this PC?

Hello, so I am wondering if I can play all, or the most of the games on Ultra and on 60 FPS with this setup:
CPU: INTEL CORE I5-4670K 3.40GHZ
GPU: ASUS R9 280X R9280X-DC2T-3GD5 3GB GDDR5 PCI-E RETAIL
RAM: CRUCIAL BLS2C4G3D169DS3CEU 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 1600MHZ BALLISTIX SPORT XT DUAL CHANNEL KIT
MOTHERBOARD: MSI Z97 GUARD-PRO RETAIL
POWERSUPPLY: SUPER FLOWER GOLDEN GREEN HX SERIES 650W

I usually play games like World of Tanks, Assassin's Creed, Battle Field, Call of Duty, Watch Dogs and generally every new game.

So will I be able to run those games on Ultra and arround 60 FPS? Thank you!

as i said before it even plays bf4 witth 60+fps without problems .. the only game it cant play that you listed is watch dogs because of the vram

you can play all those games on ultra with 60fps except watchdogs as it eats vram and r9 280x 3gb is not enpugh for complete smooth performance ...

I'm quite unsure about your PSU. I've never heard of that company. I would recommend buying PSU from reputed companies like antec,seasonic,XFX etc. A bad PSU will burn your computer or House even.
As for gaming you rig will all the games you've mentioned at ultra 1080p but not sure about 60FPS especially on Watch_Dogs.

I care mainly for World of Tanks, then for the rest. I want to play this game on Ultra, and atleast 55 FPS.
Will this system work? If not what would you change?

the system will work like a charm .. b4 is able to run on ur system and thats heavier than world of tanks .. it will probably give you more than 55 fps.

thats the recommended requiremnts for world of tanks.. you probably will be getting a 100fps on that game with ease..
