Today was turning on my pc just to hear some beeps at start but then the pc started normally at least it seemed to. So today i was logging in my games to play them but now my fps has dropped from around 30-60 to constant 15 and lower. Yesterday everything was working fine.
Also something i noticed is that my pc is not heating up at all now it used to heat up way more before. Im using Dell laptop with 1 inbuilt graphic card and 1 replaceable amd radeon graphic which i recently updated to AMD Radeon HD 7650 (through windows device manager), i only did this cause my fps was so low in games, so it definitely isn't the cause of fps drop.

I'm sorry for wall of text, but i would really appreciate some help.

Have you tried going into your BIOS and putting all your settings to the default ones? Also can you give me your laptop model number?
