The H100i can be mounted wherever you have two 120mm slots next to one another, I have seen plenty of people side mount them.
as for the air coolers, yes the D14 looks very intimidating and its massive heavy but it has a very good support bracket. If you dont like that much weight though you could always go with the Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO which is half the weight and size but will still do good cooling.

Looks pretty good. I would replace the cooler with a H100i if you really want a closed loop liquid cooler. Otherwise I would suggest the Noctua HN-D14 air cooler or the Zalman CNPS10X Performa. Both will do better then the H75.

Good idea but isn't the H100i have to be top mounted? and my case has a top mount but for a 200mm fan. I don't like plane rocket air cooler that add a ton of weight on the mobo. imo

Alright Thanks :), I am a little confused about the fan set-up with my Case. I am not too sure how I will be able to install the H100i in front? I was thinking of removing the two 120mm fans and locating them else where to be able to install the H100i, but they seem integrated in the drive bays. Can you clarify optimal fan set-up?

ok I took a look at your case an it doesn't look like they give you many optional choices. If you want to stick with water cooling then I could recommend different cases(assuming you haven't bought the parts yet).

The Corsair 450D is a good case with plenty of options for mounting water coolers. you can mount it in the front, you can move the drive bays and mount on the bottom or you can mount it on the top.

The Corsair 300R is also a great little case with a very large top mounting area.

The NZXT Source 530 is a fairly large case with tons of options for fans and water coolers.

Thank you you're very helpful, what about the Carbide series like the SPEC-03?

I have never owned one personally. However, the specs I looke up seem pretty spacious, I dont think you would have a problem top mounting an H100i on this and then using the fan ports in the front an back for general air flow.

Thanks man you're really of great help. How about fan optimization, push/pull. push, pull and all that. Which one is best?

Push/pull has never proven to deliver more then minimal performance boosts. most people report temp drops of 1-5c when using a push/pull over single fan setups.

as to Push or pull, typically you want a push configuration. If you have a very dense and thick radiator then a pull would work best but the H100i is fairly thin and not teribly dense. the fans that come with it are also pretty powerful so a push configuration will work fine.

Mind you the fans that come with it are not known for being quiet. If noise is a factor then I would suggest replacing them with these Noctua fans:
