HDD showing in BIOS, not in Windows?

I have 2 HDD, One 1TB and a 2TB. I recently reinstalled windows, prior to this reinsall these drives showed up and booted fine. But after this reinstall they have have not been loading. When I go to disk management they are there and are unassigned, When I right click on them everything is greyed out except for help.

What Im wondering is if I need drivers or is it that the drives are corrupt?

Do the drives contain imp data?

Is it showing up on utility tools like HDTune or SeagateSeatools? Run those and check if they can access it.

If not, then a complete format using CMD will be recommended:

Then create a new partition:

Is it accessable on other computers? If it has imp data and you want to recover that, use the options described here:
