looking for a gaming motherboard

Solution
Nearly any Z97 motherboard will have those premium features. I personally would get something like the Z97 Extreme4. Anything more than that isn't really necessary.

Only look for the most premium of motherboards if you're trying to do 3 or 4 way SLI, extreme overclocking, or something along those lines.

Your location doesn't matter for motherboard. Not sure why you have it stuck in your head that it might not work just because you are in India. Anyway, for Z97 boards I recommend this one. If you cannot get it, the extreme4 is still good. http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z97X%20Killer/

For $200 graphics card, An R9 270x is probably the best you are going to do. An R9 280, maybe, if on sale.

Why? All the "features" just increase the price, they don't help you game any better. Spending your money on a more powerful graphics card would be the wisest thing. I recommend you buy one of the suggested ASRock boards and spend the rest on a good graphics card. The difference between the MSI Gaming 7 and ASRock Extreme4 is enough to get an R9 280 over a 270X.

I'm not sure what the pricing is available to you, but I strongly recommend you get a cheaper Z97 and a more expensive graphics card. You won't be disappointed.
